2006 Sweet 16 Contest Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident to enter. To become a contestant, see Rule #2 below. Corporate entities are not eligible. Employees and Agents of the Penn Station, and their immediate family members (or people living in the same household) are not eligible. Participation in this contest constitutes contestant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.

2.To become a contestant, Visit the Penn Station web site at http://www.penn-station.com/sweet16.php, and submit the form. One entry per person per e-mail address per day; limit one prize per person per game. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigned e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Penn Station and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail/U.S. mail; for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate in the contest. All winner notifications in the contest will be sent by e-mail. We are not responsible if your e-mail does not work. Penn Station reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest as determined by Penn Station in its sole discretion. If the contest is so canceled, any and/or all announced winners will receive prizes to which they are entitled as of the date of cancellation; the unawarded prizes will be donated to charity.

3. Every contestant will be allowed to enter once per day for the Contest. To qualify for entry, the contestant must then fill out the entry form as described in rule #2. Entries must be received prior to April 4, 2006 to be eligible to win.

4. The Winners will be notified via e-mail. The Winners will receive 52 Free Sub Certificates. Prizes are subject to all federal, state, and local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the winners.

5.Winners may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, the winners agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.

6. A complete list of winners will be available by mailing a self-addressed, stamped, #10 envelope to: 2006 Penn Station Sweet 16 Winners, 5789 Kensington Ridge Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45230. This contest is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited.
