Site Selection and Evaluation
Includes site visit, demographic evaluation and market analysis.
Lease Negotiation Support
We assist franchisees through the lease process. Your lease greatly impacts the financial success of your restaurant.
Restaurant Design and Architectural Support
We provide customized floor plans for furniture and equipment placement and specifications; Approved Architects provide professional plans at a negotiated rate.
Construction Guidelines Support
Our Construction Department will review and approve the architectural plans before submitting them for bids. We’ll then work with your General Contractor using our proprietary Construction Guidelines system.
Initial Training
Training in our unique One-on-One Program is performed over a minimum three week period in a Penn Station Restaurant.

New Franchisees will have significant on-site corporate support during the opening weeks of your restaurant.
Training Follow Up Visits
Our Training Coordinator will conduct up to three training follow up visits after your restaurant opens.
Area Representative Support
Our Area Representatives consult with Franchisees a minimum of 8 times per year, work on site with the management staff and provide guidance in the areas of operations, marketing, food preparation and cost management. Our 1,000 point Performance Evaluation shows trends and opportunities for our franchisees.

Our comprehensive IT and POS support provide the communication tools and technological support to effectively manage your restaurant.
Marketing Support
Our Director of Marketing annually develops our system wide National Marketing Plan and National Advertising Budget and collaborates with our creative team to create our signature marketing materials; all geared towards increasing your ROI.
National Contract Negotiation
We negotiate national purchase contracts with suppliers for food, equipment and other services which offer you the benefit of lower costs.
Vendor Rebates
Vendor rebates are often taken as income by many franchisors. Conversely, Penn Station requires our vendors to offset the product cost to our Franchisees.
