After reviewing the packet, promptly complete and return the confidential franchise application.
Step 2 – Disclosure, Follow up, Due Diligence
Penn Station will review your application to determine eligibility.
Qualified candidates will be mailed our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Review FDD and prepare questions and comments.
Follow up conversation to discuss the opportunity in greater depth.

Step 3 – Exploration, Validation, Business Summary, Continued Due Diligence
Attend Exploration Day, Cincinnati OH.
Determine mutual interest in moving forward.
Complete and return Business Plan Summary.
Schedule interviews with current Franchisees.
Step 4 – Verification, Financing, Site Work, Plan Development
Background check and credit history reports are obtained by PSI. Candidates provide proof of liquidity.
Contact your lending institution to initiate financing.
Study your territory and engage a retail tenant representative to begin searching for a first site.
Our Real Estate Department will visit your market to finalize your development territory and review available sites.
Step 5 – Site Approval, Lease Negotiation, Store Design, Construction, Training, OPEN!
Submit your site application for approval.
Negotiate your lease.
Submit your site floor plan to Penn Station for your Preliminary ‘Footprint’ drawings.
Complete your construction plans utilizing an approved architect.
Select the General Contractor and build your restaurant.
Send your management team to Cincinnati for our extensive 3 week training program.
Open your 1st Penn Station East Coast Subs Restaurant.
