What is Penn Station Rewards?
Penn Station Rewards is our loyalty program that allows members to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for free Penn Station menu items. Penn Station will occasionally share exclusive promotions and/or offers with members by loading them directly to their account. Members can track their points, manage their rewards and redeem offers through their account on our website or through our mobile app. Available offers and rewards can be redeemed when placing an order online or at a restaurant.

How do I join?
You can create a Penn Station Rewards account in several ways:

EARNING POINTS
How do I earn points?
Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases (excluding tax, tips, and fees):
Online: Log into your account when ordering through our website or app to earn points.
Restaurant: Scan the QR code featured in the "Scan" tab of the Penn Station app when checking out, prior to providing payment. If unavailable, provide your account phone number to the cashier.
Can I earn points for previous purchases?
You can claim points within 30 days by entering your receipt ID in the "Claim Points" page in the Penn Station app or online after you have logged into your Penn Station Rewards account.
Do I earn points on third-party delivery orders?
No, points are only earned on purchases made directly through Penn Station’s website, app, or in-store.
When will my points appear?
Points typically appear within 24 hours of your purchase.

Where can I view my points and rewards?
Check the Points Shop or Your Rewards page of the Penn Station app or online after you have logged into your Penn Station Rewards account.
How do I use my points?
To redeem points for free menu items, members must first visit the Points Shop to exchange points for free menu items. After the free menu item is claimed, it will be loaded into the members’ My Rewards. Rewards available to be claimed in the Points Shop include free subs, fries, lemonade, cookies, or exclusive offers.
Claimed rewards do not apply automatically, they must be redeemed when checking out.
When placing an order online, claimed rewards will be available for redemption during checkout.
When placing an order at a restaurant, ask the cashier to redeem the reward that you would like during checking out.

Are there any limits or expiration dates?

Do I earn points for purchases made at a restaurant?
Starting June 2025, ask the cashier to scan the QR code featured in the Scan tab of the Penn Station mobile app during check out or give the cashier your account phone number.
Can I redeem offers & rewards at a restaurant?
Please let the cashier know if you would like to redeem any available offers or rewards when checking out to ensure that they’re applied.
What if I forgot to scan my QR code or wasn't logged in?
Keep your receipt, log into your Penn Station Rewards account and enter the receipt ID on the "Claim Points" page within 30 days of purchase.
What happens if I receive a refund?
Points from refunded purchases are not automatically restored. The restaurant should submit a request to have them restore or you can submit a request through our Comment Form

How do I update my account info?
Log in your account and select Profile from the menu to update your profile details.
How do I reset my password?
Select “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page.
Can I share or combine accounts with family members?
No, each account is associated with a unique email and phone number. Points and rewards cannot be merged or transferred.
How do I delete my account?
Visit the Profile page of your Penn Station Rewards account and select the Delete Your Account option.
